Processing Times
We usually process orders within 1-2 business days. If you place an order over the weekend or on a holiday, we will process it on the following business day.
Shipping Times
Once we process your order, the time it takes for your package to reach you depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Generally, you can expect delivery within 3-7 business days. Please note that these are estimates, and actual shipping times may vary.
Shipping Costs
We calculate shipping costs at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of the order, and your selected shipping method.
Shipping Notifications
When we dispatch your order, we will send you an email notification with shipping details. If you have not received an order confirmation email, please double-check your account information and verify the email address by contacting customer service.
Backordered Products
If a product is back-ordered, we will display estimated shipping times. You can still place and receive orders once the product becomes available.
Order Tracking
After we ship your order, we will email you a tracking number to keep you updated on the progress of your package.
Received Damaged Orders
Upon delivery, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong product. We will promptly evaluate and correct the issue.
Delivery Method
We ship via Canada Post, United States Postal Service, UPS and Fedex. We offer Lift-Gate Service and Curb-Side Delivery. Customers can also request our White-Glove Service for special handling.
International Shipping
Currently, we provide shipping services to customers residing in Canada and the United States.
Expedited Shipping Fees
Please note that while expedited orders receive priority, fees for Next-Day and Two-Day Air shipping are non-refundable. Although carriers strive for timely delivery, they may encounter delays due to severe weather, mandatory evacuations, or high demands. In such cases, fees paid for expedited service are non-refundable since carriers strive to provide the most efficient service possible.
Remote Area Surcharges
Delivery availability may vary across Canada and the U.S.; certain postal and ZIP codes may require additional services. We are committed to delivering your orders if your location is an island or falls within these postal and ZIP codes. However, please note that a "Remote Area Surcharge" may apply during checkout to cover additional shipping fees required by the shipping company for remote locations.
Re-consignment Fees
Please be aware that any changes to the delivery address requested after the product has been shipped will result in a re-consignment fee.
