Return Policy

We at DIY Indoor Air Quality Corp. sincerely appreciate your choice to purchase our products. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return a purchased item.

Return Process

Should you need to initiate a return contact us at orders@diyiaq.com. Please note that you will need to send any returns to the address provided by our customer service representatives.

If we accept your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send back the product.

We emphasize that we accept only those items that have a prior return request. If you need any clarification about the return process, do not hesitate to contact us at orders@diyiaq.com

Unopened Merchandise

You can return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund. However, if we ship the product you are returning for free, we will subtract the actual outbound shipping cost from your refund.

Opened Merchandise

You can return an unused "opened" product within 30 days of delivery, but a 25% restocking fee will be applied. This fee covers the cost of testing, cleaning, and repackaging. We need you to return the product in sellable condition with the original materials and packaging. Again, if we shipped the product you are returning for free, we will subtract the actual outbound shipping cost from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

We urge you to inspect all items at the time of delivery. If the delivered product is damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately to arrange an exchange. To quickly resolve mechanical issues, we suggest you test your product within 15 days of delivery.

Cancelled Orders

If an order has already left our facility, we cannot cancel it. If you refuse delivery of an already shipped order, you will bear the cost of the return shipping fee.

Installed Items

Once you install an item, we do not accept it for return. However, you are eligible to file warranty claims.
